JOIN US FOR THE 3RD ANNUAL EXHALE FESTIVAL THIS AUGUST BANK HOLIDAY - FOR A TRIUMPHANT CELEBRATION OF WHAT IT MEANS TO BE ALIVE!
Everyday at Exhale you can dive deep into yoga, acro, calisthenics and wild running, and discover diverse and
inspired embodied practises, such as Biodynamics, Breathwork or Animal Movement.

What do I need to go camping
Outdoor People have tents to hire, so get in touch with them quickly if you would like one. They are also available for help and advice, and can source some camping equipment for you if you need it.
Go to say hi at their base in Netil Market Hackney, or visit online outdoorpeople.org.uk
food & drink
Food is not included in the ticket price this year, as an increase in numbers makes it logistically impossible. It also leaves us free to concentrate on better overall production and providing a much richer and diverse program for the weekend, so expect no loss in quality or value!
Inhale Cafe will be back, with decent priced snacks, drinks, breakfasts and a well stocked bar, and we will also have a great selection of hot and cold food providers selling their wares on site. You are of course welcome to bring your own food onto site. We just ask that you DO NOT bring alcohol and purchase it from the bar on site.
Dogs are welcome if they are nice and kept on a lead
